Better advising

I would like to comment on the honors house advising program.

They listen to what you want, do their best to arrange all your classes over the four-year period so all major courses are completed in sequence and answer any questions you have. You virtually never hear an honors student sayng his advisor messed up his schedule.

Everybody here at Northern deserves this kind of advising. The indiference often shown by university advisors is blatantly wrong. They’re supposed to help the student, not keep him here another year for more tuition.
