Discrimination

I beg to differ with the article “White Unions a Mistake” (Oct. 14). I cannot understand why a white union would be considered racist and a black union isn’t.

What exactly was meant by “perceived white discrimination”? Are you saying there is no reverse discrimination? Where have you been? Just because the article says white people have “economic dominance” doesn’t mean that white discrimination doesn’t exist.

I personally have seen reverse discrimination on several occasions. Being one who does not discriminate against anyone, I am truly offended when I am discriminated against.

We will have a truly integrated society when there are no “black” or “white” unions.
