DeKALB – The DeKalb Police Department announced at 9:27 p.m. on X, formerly known as Twitter, that a train is blocking the roadway between First Street and 10th Street, closing all major intersections downtown.
DeKalb PD has not confirmed if anyone was injured or killed. However, responders at the southern side of the South Fourth Street intersection appeared to be removing a body from the scene.
The train began moving at 11:33 p.m. Sunday.
