NIU Hoffman Estates will host “Super Smash Saturdays,” a weekly “Super Smash Bros. Ultimate” tournament, starting Nov. 2 from 6 to 10 p.m., 5555 Trillium Blvd., according to the NIU Events Calendar.

The entrance fee is $15, but individuals will get $5 off if they bring your own set-up. The winner will receive the NIU esports Winner’s Edition Cup.
