Tickets are now on sale for the fourth annual Victor E. Ball to benefit NIU student-athletes. Fans, friends, alumni and members of the community are invited to come and meet current Huskie head coaches, athletes and administrators.

The fundraising event will take place 5:30 p.m. April 27 in the NIU Naperville Conference Center located at 1120 East Diehl Road.

The event will be emceed by David Kaplan with many guest speakers scheduled to attend. Guests include Ferguson “Fergie” Jenkins, the 19-year MLB hall of famer and Chicago legend, and more.

Guests will get to hear from current athletes as well as new head football coach and NIU alum Thomas Hammock.

Online registration is now open. Tickets are $400 per person or $3,500 for a table of eight guests and a current NIU student-athlete, head coach or administrator.

All proceeds from the event will assist in funding NIU student-athletes scholarships to the more than 400 athletes in 17 programs.

Accompanying the event will be the Victor E. Ball silent auction featuring Huskie gear, signed memorabilia and donations from local vendors. The auction will go live 8 a.m. April 12.
