With the scorching heat beaming down us this summer, it may seem almost impossible to stay cool. If you’re not a fan of the outdoors, try making these delicious sugar cookies.

 

Soft Sugar Cookies

If you love sugar cookies just like I do, then you’ll definitely get a kick out of these soft sugar cookies.  (Don’t worry, no actual harm was done to the sugar cookies – other than me eating them).

Materials:

1 pack sugar cookie mix

1 cookie sheet

1 pack of blue frosting

1 snack pack of Tropical Swedish Fish (candy)

1 box of Teddy Graham crackers

Directions:

1. Spray cookie sheet thoroughly.

2. Follow the instructions as indicated on the sugar cookie pack.

3. Scoop the appropriate amount of sugar cookie mix and place it on the cookie sheet.

4. Bake the cookies as indicated in the instructions.

5. Remove the cookies from the oven once finished.

6. Spread the blue frosting enough that it covers the top of the cookie.

7. Place the assortment of tropical Swedish fish candies onto the cookies.

8. Place the Teddy Graham crackers onto the cookies.

This is a fun, cute way to cool down during a hot day or the perfect activity to do if you’re feeling creative. Feel free to make this by yourself or with friends – the more, the merrier.
