The Center for Black Studies and the John Henrick Clarke Honor Society highlighted students’ academic achievements as part of the Success and Succeed Plan Tuesday in the Holmes Student Center’s Duke Ellington Ballroom.  Incoming students are paired with older students within the same field to ease transition from high school into college. “We lift as we climb” is the Success and Succeed Plan’s motto, according to their website.
