Cultural Fusion, presented by the Asian American Association and the Student Association, will be held 7 p.m. April 22 in the Holmes Student Center, Carl Sandburg Auditorium, according to a flier.

“Cultural Fusion will be a really great event and it’s a great way for the [SA] Senate to focus on diversity and really bringing different students together, so I think it’s going to be a great event as long as people participate,” said Ariel Owens, SA director of Public Affairs.

Cultural Fusion is a diversity showcase featuring performances such as singing, dances, poetry and any form of cultural expression, Owens said.

The event is free but performing in Cultural Fusion is on a first come first-served basis, according to a flier.
