CAUSE to hold fourth annual Social Impact Summit

The Collegiate Association of Unreasonable Social Entrepreneurs will hold their fourth annual Social Impact Summit 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. April 8 in the Barsema Hall and Barsema Alumni and Visitor’s Center.

CAUSE is Northern Illinois University’s social entrepreneurship student organization and their mission is to spread awareness about how social entrepreneurship makes the world a better place, according to NIU CAUSE’s website.

Last year, the Social Impact Summit drew more than 220 attendees with the overall goal of the Summit being to educate students about the impact of social entrepreneurship, to inspire attendees on becoming change-makers, and to facilitate networking among those interested in social space, according to CAUSE’s website.

Ticket are $5 plus tax for students and $20 plus tax for non-students, and can be purchased at bit.ly/1R40Kv7. Tickets are available until March 29.
