Prism to hold Bisexuality, Biphobia, and the Sexual Spectrum

By Northern Star staff

Prism, NIU’s student-run LGBT organization, will hold Bisexuality, Biphobia, and the Sexual Spectrum 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Holmes Student Center, room 406.

The discussion will include the misconceptions surrounding bisexuality that lead to bi-phobia, as well as the identities in the sexual spectrum that often go unnoticed. Bisexuality often gets misunderstood and comes with negative connotations, according to Prism’s Facebook page.

This event is free and open to the public.
