1. At 7 p.m., possession of drug equipment was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall East. This case was closed by exception.

2. At 2 p.m. Aug. 11, criminal damage to government supported property was reported to have occurred at Swen Parson. This case was closed by exception Dec. 3.

3. At 6 a.m. Aug. 23, criminal damage to government supported property was reported to have occurred at Swen Parson. This case was closed by exception Dec. 3.

4. At noon Nov. 10, criminal damage to government supported property was reported to have occurred at Neptune West. This case was suspended Dec. 3.

5. At 9 a.m. Nov. 30, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Gilbert Hall. This case was suspended Dec. 3.

17. At 10:30 a.m., Russell Smith, 55, of DeKalb, was charged with solicitation of sexual act reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall West Nov. 29.
