Police Report: Oct. 28

Wednesday

1. At 8:15 p.m. Oct. 15, credit card fraud and theft over $500 were reported to have occurred at the Recreation Center. This case was suspended Wednesday.

2. At 4:30 p.m. Oct. 15, criminal damage to property was reported to have occurred at Lot 5. This case was suspended Wednesday.

3. At 1:50 a.m. Oct. 25, battery was reported to have occurred at the Recreation Center. This case was suspended Wednesday.

4. At 10:46 a.m., Catherine M. Thomas, 18, of Roselle, was charged with reckless conduct reported to have occurred at Stevenson North.

5. At 12:01 a.m. Oct. 25, criminal sexual assault was reported to have occurred at Omega Delta, 1024 W. Hillcrest Drive. This case was referred to another agency Wednesday.

6. At 4:09 p.m., dog or other animal bites was reported to have occurred at Barsema Hall. This case is open.

7. At 5:30 p.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at the Recreation Center. This case was suspended.

8. At 10:52 p.m., Alexander J. Zabinski, 18, of Darien, was charged with illegal possession of alcohol by minor, possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment reported to have occurred at Stevenson South.
