• Angelica Cortez, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated battery and mob action.

• Darnell Daniels, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated battery and mob action.

• Lakesha Bush, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and possession of cannabis under 2.5 grams.

• Karl Kaelin, 48, of DeKalb, was charged with disruptive intoxication.

• Quinn Ellis, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with manufacturing/delivery of controlled substances.

• Vincent Milano, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with manufacturing/delivery of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis and possession of a controlled substance.

• Ashley Cox, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis.

• Tiara Smith-Townsend, 32, of Aurora, was charged with retail theft.

• Devante Brown, 22, of Cortland, was charged with contempt of court.

• Earnest Wiggins, 53, of DeKalb, was charged with battery.

• Blake Bushue, 20, of Malta, was charged with consumption of alcohol as a minor.

• Patrick Davis, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with consumption of alcohol as a minor.

• Kenneth Hallam, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with fighting within the city.

• Jacob Isom, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with consumption of alcohol as a minor.

• Max Mcartor, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with consumption of alcohol as a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Dionysios Spyratos, 20, of Madison, was charged with consumption of alcohol as a minor.

• Eduardo Landa, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with an FTA warrant.

July 4

• Daniel Wilson, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of alcohol as a minor.

• Dawn Malapanes-Derrig, 51, of DeKalb, was charged with disruptive intoxication.

• Nicholas Leato, 24, of Malta, was charged with manufacturing/delivery of controlled substances and possession of a controlled substance.

• Tiachai Kiatahikom, 22, of Manchesney park, was charged with resisting a peace officer and theft.

• Thomas Vargovich, 22, of Sycamore, was charged with criminal damage to property less than $300, endangering the life of a child and reckless driving.

• Michael Frazier, 27, of DeKalb, was charged with resisting a peace officer.

• Trevon Jackson, 19, of Rockford, was charged with an FTA warrant and possession of cannabis under 2.5 grams.

• Valeriano Garcia-Sangariel, 31, of DeKalb, was charged with an FTA warrant.

Angelica Quintana, 29, of DeKalb, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license/no monitoring device driving permit/breath alcohol ignition interlock device.
