A 9 p.m. strong-armed robbery was reported to have occurred at the corner of W. Hillcrest Drive and Greenbrier Road, according to a NIU Police safety bulletin Wednesday.

The victim reported two black males, both in black hoodies, took the victim’s iPhone by force and immediately fled toward University Village, 722 N. Annie Glidden Road. One suspect was described as wearing white shoes, while the other wore black shoes and had “odd-shaped eyebrows,” according to NIU Police. The suspects had no weapons and the victim sustained minor injuries.
