DePaul assistant professor to discuss LGBTI medical mistreatment at speaking event

DePaul assistant professor Veronica Drantz will discuss medical mistreatment toward LGBTI people at an April 9 speaking event in the Holmes Student Center, Capital Room.

The speaking event, the Gender Binary and LGBTI People: Religious Myth and Medial Malpractice, starts at 6 p.m. and is open to the public. There will be a question and answer session and personal testimony from intersex activists who have experienced medical mistreatment.
