Priority registration for project sites for NIU Cares Day will end Friday.

NIU Cares Day pairs individuals and NIU groups with volunteer and charity projects in DeKalb. Local groups and individuals in need of help to finish projects have until Friday to register as a project site online. Eligibility information is available online.

Volunteer teams cannot have more than 10 people and need a designated team leader, who must attend an orientation session. Team leader registration will start in February and individual registration will start in March.

Registration to be a project site leader ends March 23.
