Thursday is the last day to sign an apartment lease before a price hike for University Plaza tenants, according to a University Plaza tweet.

The price hike takes place this Friday, according to University Plaza’s twitter. A representative said University Plaza does not know how the prices will change as that will depend on decisions from its corporate entity, but the prices will change at 5 p.m. Thursday.

Currently, one-bedroom apartments start at $769 and two-bedroom apartments started at $605, according to the University Plaza website.
