Police Report: Oct. 29-30

Wednesday

1. At 11 p.m. Oct. 14, disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case was declared unfounded Wednesday. At the same date and place, possession of cannabis 20 grams and under, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred. This case was closed by exception.

2. At noon Sept. 15, stalking was reported to have occurred at Montgomery Hall. This case was closed by exception Wednesday.

3. At 11:30 p.m. Oct. 21, disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at 5 Northern View Circle. This case was closed by exception Wednesday.

4. At 3:25 p.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at DuSable Hall. This case is open.

5. At 8:30 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case was closed by exception.

6. At 9:17 p.m., Derrick Miles, 21, of Chicago, was charged with an in-state warrant reported to have occurred at 500 Normal Road.

7. At 7 p.m., theft over $500 was reported to have occurred at Swen Parson Hall. This case is open.

8. At 10:47 p.m., battery was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall East. This case was closed by exception.

Thursday

9. At 12:41 a.m., Lester Hall II, 23, of Maywood, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams and under reported to have occurred at 1000 W. Hillcrest Drive.

10. At 12:40 a.m., disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at Neptune East. This case was suspended.

11. At 3:49 a.m., Derek Ratulowski, 20, of Lemont, was charged with possession of drug equipment reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall East.

12. At 1 p.m., theft over $500 was reported to have occurred at Montgomery Hall. This case is open.

13. At 6:12 p.m. Oct. 29, deceptive practices was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case was opened Thursday.

14. At 9:18 p.m., Brandon Frick, 18, of Glen Ellyn, was charged with delivery of cannabis 30 grams and under, possession of cannabis 30 grams and under, possession of drug equipment and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. At the same date and place, possession of a controlled substance was reported to have occurred. This case is open.

15. At 11 p.m. Oct. 29, criminal defacement of property was reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was opened Thursday.

16. At 11 p.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Stevenson South. This case is open.

17. At 10:20 p.m., battery was reported to have occurred at Neptune West. This case is open.

18. At 8:30 p.m., theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at the New Residence Hall Community Center. This case is open.
