• Jeremy D. Owens, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams and under.

• Marilyn K. Woods, 62, of DeKalb, was charged with dog at large.

• Matea Pejic, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly conduct and liquor consumption as a minor.

Friday

• Yandi C. Farinango, 19, of Chicago, was charged with liquor consumption as a minor.

• William C. Lamar, 52, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams and under.

Saturday

• Fahad Alshammari, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with criminal damage to property.

• Javon D. Scruggs, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and resisting, obstructing and disarming an officer.

• Enrique D. Santiago, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with delivery and possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and liquor consumption by a minor.

• Ana L. Trecker, 18, of Park Ridge, was charged with liquor consumption by a minor.

• Sara Ortega, 41, of DeKalb, was charged with battery.

• Pablo Hernandez, 36, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery.

• Richard A. Hansen, 31, of Cortland, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Nicholle M. Martinez, 41, of Sycamore, was charged with aggravated battery and attempted homicide.

• Jasmine T. Blake, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery.

• Richard E. Hillman, 64, of DeKalb, was charged with disruptive intoxication.

• Jose A. Cedillo, 44, of DeKalb, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sunday

• Justine J. McClendon, 19, of Frankfort, was charged with liquor consumption by a minor.

• Antonia M. Ruane, 20, of Worth, was charged with liquor: all other.

• Charissa K. Cascio, 18, of Oswego, was charged with liquor consumption by a minor.

• Amina S. Stone, 24, of San Diego, was charged with disruptive intoxication.
