Crime Stoppers seeks info on missing person

Crime Stoppers and the DeKalb Police Department are seeking information in regards to the missing person’s case, Bradley P. Olsen. It’s been five years since Olsen was last seen, according to a Crime Stoppers press release.

According the press release, Olsen was last seen Jan. 19, 2007 at Bar One, on the 1000 block of West Lincoln Highway in DeKalb. Olsen was wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, brown leather coat and black boots.

According to a missing person’s flyer, Olsen had tattoos of a palm tree on his left ankle and a sun on his back. Olsen was 26 years old, 5’8″ and 175 pounds at the time of his disappearance.

Olsen was not an NIU student at the time of his disappearance, said DeKalb Police Lt. Gary Spangler.

“The family has been getting the word out to the media, trying to keep the story going,” Spangler said.
