Willis, failed to reduce speed and lost control of the vehicle, which struck a ditch and rolled over. Officers administrated a field sobriety test, which Willis failed. Willis was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was taken to DeKalb County Jail.
