At 11:03 p.m. Sunday, DeKalb Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 100 block of South First Street. Sean R. Parker, 22, of Aurora, was arrested for driving with a revoked license, no insurance and a failure to appear warrant. An investigation was started. At 2:20 a.m. Monday, DeKalb Police observed a vehicle in the 700 block of Annie Glidden Road swerving between two lanes back and forth without signaling. After a traffic stop was initiated, the driver provided police with a false identification. Police found the driver was Dandre M. Delitz, 20, of Maywood. Delitz was found to have a suspended license and was arrested. He was charged for driving with a suspended license, obstructing identification, illegal transportation of an open container and failure to signal. Delitz was transported to the DeKalb Police Department and later released on bond.
