For the first time under head coach Ray Gooden, the NIU volleyball team will host two tournaments in DeKalb.

The Huskies will face stiff competition in the first tournament, facing off against Chicago State, Cleveland State and the Big East Conference’s University of Connecticut. The opening tournament will be played from Aug. 29-30.

NIU will then host Towson, Bradley, Fairfield and Loyola-Chicago in a second tournament played Sept. 12-13.
