Many tickets left for Ball State Game Saturday

While most students are picking out their costumes this week, they are also picking up football tickets.

Eric Schultz, director of Athletic Ticketing, said Wednesday that “well over half” of the tickets have been sold for Saturday’s game against Ball State at Huskie Stadium.

Despite an intended large crowd, Schultz said there are plenty of tickets left.

“We’re expecting a large crowd,” Schultz said. “But we’re not in a sell-out situation.”

Schultz said there are plenty of student tickets left because student tickets are printed out on an as-needed basis.

Schultz credits the large expected crowd to this weekend’s weather and the 3:05 p.m. start time.
