DeKALB — Sen. Bernie Sanders has canceled his 12:30 p.m. Tuesday rally at the Coronado Performing Arts Center, 314 N. Main St., Rockford.

The cancellation was due to “scheduling constraints,” according to the event’s Facebook page. Sanders did, however, make it to his rally for 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Grant Park.

Sanders will not hold any other rallies in Illinois before the Democratic Primary March 17.
