DeKALB — NIU announced Thursday four more students are now COVID-19 positive, and two additional students and three employees recovered, according to the Campus COVID-19 Dashboard. As of Thursday, 72  students and one employee are currently COVID-19 positive. 

The dashboard’s cumulative testing stats show a total of 255 Huskies who have tested positive for the coronavirus, and 182 Huskies have recovered. 

As of  Thursday at 7:06 p.m., NIU is at 23.7% quarantine and isolation use, according to the dashboard. This is a 0.2% decrease from Wednesday.

Faculty, staff and students can contact the NIU COVID-19 Helpline at 815-753-0444 if they’ve been diagnosed with COVID-19, have COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19.
