2 more students now COVID-19 positive, 8 students recover

DeKALB — NIU announced Monday that two additional students and no employees have tested positive for the coronavirus, and eight students have recovered, according to the Campus COVID-19 Dashboard. As of Monday, 18 students and one employee are currently COVID-19 positive.

The dashboard’s cumulative testing statistics show a total of 312 Huskies that have tested positive for COVID-19, and 293 have recovered.

As of Monday at 3:10 p.m., NIU is at 5.6% quarantine and isolation use. This is a 5.6% decrease from Friday.
