12 students test positive for COVID-19, 6 students recover.

DeKALB — NIU announced Tuesday that no additional students and no employees have tested positive for the coronavirus, and no students or employees have recovered, according to the Campus COVID-19 Dashboard. As of Tuesday, two students and four employees are currently COVID-19 positive.

The dashboard’s cumulative testing statistics show a total of 813 Huskies that have tested positive for COVID-19, and 807 have recovered.

As of Tuesday at 3 p.m., NIU is at a 0% quarantine and isolation use, the same as Monday.

What to do if you test positive

Faculty, staff and students are to complete the COVID-19 Checklist if diagnosed with COVID-19, have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19.
