DeKALB — NIU announced Tuesday that fours students and no employees have tested positive for the coronavirus, and one student has recovered, according to the Campus COVID-19 Dashboard. As of Tuesday, 12 students and one employee are currently COVID-19 positive.

The dashboard’s cumulative testing statistics show a total of 825 Huskies that have tested positive for COVID-19, and 817 have recovered.

As of Thursday at 3 p.m., NIU is at a 4.9% quarantine and isolation use, a 3.1% increase from Monday.

What to do if you test positive

Faculty, staff and students are to complete the COVID-19 Checklist if diagnosed with COVID-19, have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19.
