#10 Oregon at UCLA – 2:30 p.m. ABC

The tenth ranked University of Oregon Ducks take on the University of California Los Angeles Bruins in a PAC-12 mid-afternoon matchup. The Bruins rank fifth best in total offense in the conference while Oregon’s defense ranks dead last in the conference. The Duck were only able to beat the 1-4 University of California Golden Bears by one touchdown. With the spread being Oregon -3, an upset could be in the works at the Rose Bowl.

Upset prediction: UCLA 27, #10 Oregon 17

#5 Ohio St at Indiana – 6:30 p.m. ABC

In what could be an ultimate trap game, the fifth ranked University of Ohio State Buckeyes travel to Bloomington to face the University of Indiana Hoosiers. Ohio State leads the nation in total offense with 562.7 yards per game, while Indiana’s defense is allowing 333.2 yards per game. While the Buckeyes should be able to pull out the victory, Purdue University’s upset over the second ranked University of Iowa Hawkeyes shows that no team is safe this year. The Buckeyes may be in for a fight from the Hoosier faithful.

Prediction: #5 Ohio State 38, Indiana 21

#12 Ole Miss vs LSU – 2:30 CBS

The University of LSU Tigers shocked the #20 University of Florida Gators in Baton Rouge last week 49-42. Despite the win, Tigers head coach Ed Orgeron and the Tigers have agreed to part ways at the end of the season. They will have a tough test ahead of them against the University of Ole Miss Rebels. Ole Miss escaped Knoxville by the skin of their teeth last week defeating the University of Tennessee 31-26. Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin will have his popcorn ready in Oxford.

Prediction: #12 Ole Miss 45, LSU 42

#25 Purdue vs Wisconsin – 2:00 BTN

Purdue changed the college football playoff landscape last week defeating the second ranked Iowa Hawkeyes, leading to the Boilermakers breaking into the AP Top 25 for the first time since 2007. Purdue will have a tough matchup against the always stifling University of Wisconsin Badgers defense which ranks first in total defense in the Big Ten and has only allowed 64 rushing yards per game. West- Lafayette will be rocking, but it will be the Badgers who should come out victorious.

Prediction: Wisconsin 21, #25 Purdue 10

#23 Pittsburgh vs Clemson – 2:30 ESPN

The University of Clemson Tigers have fallen off a cliff this season. Following a loss to the University of Georgia Bulldogs in week one, the Tigers have been unable to regroup and retain their championship caliber form. The University of Pittsburgh Panthers are fourth best in the nation with 533.5 yards per game while the Tigers defense has been strong, holding their opponents to 12.5 points per game. Don’t overlook the Tigers, but the Panthers high flying offense should lead them to a win.

Prediction: #23 Pittsburgh 24, Clemson 13
