Kela Moss, 26, of DeKalb, was charged with four counts of first degree murder for strangling to death a 25-year-old male she was dating. Moss' bond was set at $5 million, 10 percent to apply. She was transported to DeKalb County Jail and is waiting for bond.

Shields, 25, of DeKalb, received one or multiple gunshot wounds Thursday night at 810 Kimberly Drive, which is 0.7 miles from the Campus Life Building and 0.2 miles from the School of Nursing.
