DeKALB – NIU Nutrition Coaching is hosting a Huskies in the Aisles grocery tour at Hy-Vee to teach students about effective and healthy grocery shopping.

Nutrition instructors will guide the free one-hour tour for planning out nutritious meals and gaining confidence for shopping on your own.

Participants have the chance to be entered in a raffle for a brand-new crockpot, smoothie blender or rice cooker.

The event will take place from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Hy-Vee grocery store front entrance at 2700 DeKalb Ave. in Sycamore. Registration will last until 3 p.m. the day of the event with limited spots.
