DeKALB – Over the fall, Democratic U.S. Rep. Lauren Underwood opened a new constituent office in DeKalb.
Underwood explained that remaining accessible is a big priority for her.
“Remaining accessible and listening to the 14th District has always been a top priority, and I’m thrilled to be opening a new community space in DeKalb,” Underwood said in a press release.
DeKalb residents are encouraged to visit and learn more about the new office.
“I invite everyone in our community to visit our new space to learn more about the support and resources my office offers and our work on their behalf,” Underwood said.
The new office, located at 2179 Sycamore Road, will welcome the community to an open house hosted by Underwood and her staff later this month.
Underwood and her staff are available for in-person and virtual appointments in DeKalb, as well as at her offices in Washington, D.C. and Joliet. Constituents are advised to call 630-549-2190 to determine whether their issue requires an appointment to be resolved.
The office will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
