An off-campus armed robbery was reported to have occurred at approximately 8:04 p.m. today outside 919 Ridge Drive, outside building four, according to an NIU safety bulletin.

The victim reported he was delivering food when he was approached by a male suspect displaying a handgun, according to the safety bulletin. The suspect took the food from the victim. No injuries are reported.

The suspect is described as a 5-foot-6 male wearing black pants and a dark blue hoodie.

DeKalb Police is investigating the incident.
