DeKALB – Newcomers to SNL Devon Walker and Michael Longfellow will be hosting a live show for NIU students at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 8 in the Boutell Memorial Concert Hall in the NIU Music Building.

Only NIU students will be able to attend free of charge with their OneCard. The show will be supported by the NIU Art and Culture fee.

Although these SNL rookies are not as well-known as bigger stars like Kenan Thompson and Pete Davidson, Walker and Longfellow have a documented comedic history.

Walker wrote for the Freeform series “Everything’s Trash” and the hit coming of age animated series “Big Mouth.”

Longfellow began his career doing stand up while attending Arizona State University and eventually doing stand up across the country. Longfellow has appeared on “Conan” and the “Netflix Is A Joke: The Festival,” a showcase of upcoming stand up comedians.

Students can claim up to two free tickets on the NIU Ticket Portal.
