DeKALB – NIU will hold its annual moment of reflection for the students lost to the mass shooting on Feb. 14, 2008: Gayle Dubowski, Catalina Garcia, Julianna Gehant, Ryanne Mace and Daniel Parmenter.

Five bells will toll at 3:06 p.m. Tuesday to pay tribute to the five students lost 15 years ago. Students, faculty and staff are invited to visit the Peaceful Reflection Garden outside of Cole Hall, the memorial in honor of the students who died.

NIU offers multiple scholarships and endowments that celebrate the lives of the five students.
