Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra to host concert

The Spring Pops Concert compositions will include “Overture to Candide”, “Waltz” from Sleeping Beauty and “March” from Raiders of the Lost Ark.

DeKALB – The Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra will be holding a Spring Pops Concert. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. on March 10 in the Bountel Memorial Concert Hall located in the NIU music building

The show will feature compositions from Leonard Bernstein, Johann Strauss Jr., Tomaso Albinoni, Mark Robinson, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Jean Sibelius, Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov and John Williams. 

Tickets are available online or at the door after 7 p.m. Prices are $7 for children and students, $15 for seniors and $18 for adults.,
