A “Celebration of India” to be held March 25

DeKALB – As part of “A Celebration of India” Grammy-nominated group Berklee Indian Ensemble will be performing at the Yellow Box Theater in Naperville.

Alongside the Berklee Indian Ensemble, the Tarana School of Music and Dance will be putting on performances to promote the rich cultural heritage and musical traditions of Southeast Asia and India.

The event will be taking place at 4:30 p.m. on March 25.

It is suggested to show up in “smart casual” attire, traditional attire is also welcome.

Tickets will be required for the event and must be bought prior to March 23. Those who do not have a ticket by then will not be accommodated.

Transportation is available to NIU students, information regarding transportation will be sent to the email the student used to purchase the ticket. Attendants may also park for free at the venue.

Attendees may purchase hot tea, coffee and water at the lobby cafe.
