DeKALB – Stiff competition stifled NIU women’s track and field’s chances at the Bryan Clay Invitational, as it only earned two top-five finishes.

Regular earned another top-five finish in the 100-meter hurdles, finishing fifth overall in a field of 68 runners. Regular’s official time was 13.79 seconds, tying her outdoor season best.

Fifth-year Dymier Jeffery tied for sixth place with five other athletes – her best finish of the outdoor season – in the high jump, jumping 1.62 meters, which was her best jump of the outdoor season.
