DeKALB – Subzero temperatures swept across Northern Illinois over the weekend as students returned to campus. Students hauled their possessions in carts over snow-covered curbs and icy sidewalks during the four day move-in weekend.
Freshman computer science major Sebastian Santellanes holds a dorm move-in cart still on the icy sidewalk as his mother sits his sister in the cart while moving into his dorm Monday at Stevenson Towers.
