Gino Chavez, a senior marketing major, predicted the winning team of Super Bowl LVIII and his predicted score was one point off for each team.
Chavez believed the Kansas City Chiefs would win over the San Francisco 49ers 24-21. Sunday, the Chiefs won the Super Bowl 25-22 in overtime.
“I knew it was gonna be Chiefs winning,” Chavez said. “Score wise, it was kind of just a blind guess.”
While Chavez believed the Chiefs would win the game, he was rooting for the 49ers.
“I just didn’t want the Chiefs to win,” Chavez said. “I feel like it is voting for McDonalds, I don’t know, it’s like a main Corp.”
