In this episode of All-Star, Ethan, Zach and Joey sit down with Adam Brouwer and Eric Erato from NIU baseball. In addition to learning more about Adam and Eric, the crew discussed the season so far and where the team might be headed next.

Ethan Gonzales is the sports editor and a podcast host for the Northern Star. He is a senior transfer student at NIU majoring in sport management. He covers NIU’s women’s soccer and men’s basketball teams.
Zachary Bertram
Zachary Bertram, Senior Sports Reporter
Zachary Bertram is the senior sports reporter at the Northern Star. He joined the Northern Star in September 2022. He is a junior journalism major with a minor in English. He is from Tinley Park, Illinois, and transferred to NIU from Moraine Valley Community College. He loves to play baseball and basketball.
Joseph Segreti
Joseph Segreti, Sports Reporter
Joseph “Joey” Segreti is a senior at NIU majoring in journalism and minoring in sports journalism.He cover NIU’s baseball, cross country and track and field teams. Before joining the Star in fall 2022, Joey ran cross country and track and field for Lake Park High School in Roselle, Illinois, from 2018 to 2022. He aspires to be a broadcaster for Cleveland area sports (Guardians, Browns, Cavaliers).
