NIU men’s golf senior Felix Krammer was awarded his first career Huskie of the Week award after dazzling in the first round of the Badger Invitational on Sunday.
Krammer had a career day, accounting for 64 strokes across the first round. His score of 64 matched NIU’s 18-hole scoring record and also set a career-best for Krammer.
Krammer left the 18 holes clean, profiting off 8 birdies throughout the round – five of which occurred through the first nine holes.

The Northern Star sports section’s Huskie of the Week is voted for on a weekly basis. Student-athletes considered for this week’s edition were chosen based on their weekly performance in competitions taking place from Sept. 23 to Sept. 30.
