An acrylic painting on canvas, “Magic Object #1,”by Douglas Binder displays a voodoo doll from the “Phantasmagraphica: The Early Psychedelic Work of Douglas Binder” exhibit. There were two versions of this piece, one being a drawing named “1st version,” and then the painting which had slight similarities and differences but resulting in the same theme.
