On the heels of the smashing success of her most recent performance in the musical film “Wicked,” Ariana Grande continues to deliver powerful and engaging musical content.
Originally released as “eternal sunshine” in March 2024, Grande’s newest release will be a deluxe reissue now called “eternal sunshine deluxe: brighter days ahead,” which was announced in a March 8 Instagram post, a year after the initial release.
The album will include a number of remixes of songs from the previous album and a few new songs as well intro (end of the world) – extended
Furthermore, the album will be accompanied by a short film also titled “Brighter Days Ahead,” Grande revealed on Instagram.
The short film will likely be an extension of the “we can’t be friends (wait for your love)” music video, as the character Peaches and the “Brighter Days Ahead” clinic that will be featured in the film originate from the video.
Both the character and album itself draw inspiration from the movie “Eternal Sunshine Spotless Mind,”” with Peaches being analogous to the main female character Clementine from that film and the name of the album coming directly from the film.
The album and short film will be available Friday. In addition, there will be limited screenings of the short film Sunday in Chicago, New York and other select cities with more information being released March 26.
