Business Expo takes place

The Business Organization Expo will take place Jan. 23 and 24 in the Wirtz Light Court from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is sponsored by the Council of Business Organizations, founded in 1989, to encourage greater integration between department student organizations and to increase awareness and pride in the College of Business. All business and business-related organizations will have tables set up to educate and recruit students.

CPA review course planned

NIU’s CPA review course will be held Feb. 9 through May 4 at the Holiday Inn, 3405 Algonquin, in Rolling Meadows. Classes will be held some Tuesday and Wednesday nights. The course is designed for those who already have taken the exam and want to improve their scores. Students may attend all sessions, which are taught by NIU and DePaul University faculty, for a fee of $575. They also may choose to study only practice/theory for $350 or auditing or law for $200 each. For more details call Debra Hopkins at 753-6027.
