Committee to hold blood drive

Blood donations will be taken Feb. 1 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the DeKalb County Farm Bureau Building. The DeKalb Farm Bureau Women’s Committee is cooperating with the Heartland Blood Centers to collect blood for 29 area hospitals. Blood can be accepted from donors who are in good health, 17-75 years of age and at least 110 pounds. Appointments are suggested and can be made by calling 756-6361.
