Marcel Arreola, 38, 24 Tilton Park Drive, was arrested Wednesday by DeKalb Police and charged with criminal sexual assault. Arreola, who is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 6, was taken to DeKalb County Jail and released on $500 bond Thursday.

A black rubber car bumper was found Wednesday in a Lincoln Hall toilet, University Police said. The bumper, valued at about $100, belongs to a Volkswagon or an Audi, police said.
