What I like the most about my job: My players

What I like the least about my job: The paperwork

Most memorable NIU experience: Beating North Carolina State last year. They were ranked 16th in the nation at the time. The win over the North Carolina Wolfpack put the NIU women’s basketball team on the national scene. By mid-season the Huskies were just in reach of the Top 20 rankings.

Worst advice I was ever given: If you don’t know something, don’t ask.
