DeKALB — Residents can expect a temperature drop and increased snow accumulation over the course of the next few days.

Wednesday afternoon there is a 40% chance of snow after 4 p.m., with a temperature of 30 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Wednesday night, temperatures will drop to 25 degrees.

Snowfall is expected after 9 p.m. and snow accumulation is expected to be around 1 to 3 inches. Snowfall will continue into Thursday morning.
